INTERACTIVE SESSION WITH BURHANI SCHOOL TEACHERS
Mr Lucian Ngeze from the University of Dodoma conducted an interactive session for the teachers of Burhani School Tanga on How to engage students of 21st century through innovative Teaching Methodology incorporating the use of technology.
He focused on integrating technology in the classroom, active learning strategies and emphasized on student-centered teaching rather than teacher directed lessons.
He sensitized teachers on Modern education tech tools like Adaptive Intelligent tutoring systems, Augmented Reality, Virtual Worlds and Wearable device based learning out of which we demonstrated Augmented Reality in the staff meeting. We hope to carry on lessons related to Animals, Plants & other science topics by projecting through Augmented Reality in KG & Standard I to IV.
